Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use mttmastery.com, create an account, or buy a course, coaching or a hand history review. MTT Mastery is run by Adam Murray Crawford, British Columbia, Canada (“I”, “me”). Contact: support@mttmastery.com.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher, and allowed to play poker where you live. It’s your responsibility to follow the laws that apply to you.

2. Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. Prices are in US dollars.

Some purchases can also be paid by crypto or poker-site transfer, arranged by email. Access for those is activated by hand, usually within 24 hours of payment arriving.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to MTT Mastery as you.

Your account and course access are for you only. Don’t share your account, and don’t download, record, re-upload or redistribute the videos or materials. Accounts that are shared or that redistribute content can be closed without a refund.

4. Course access

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as MTT Mastery offers the course. If the course is ever discontinued, you’ll get at least 60 days’ notice by email before access ends. Course content may be updated, reorganized or improved over time.

5. Coaching and hand history reviews

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

7. No guarantee of results

MTT Mastery is poker education. It isn’t financial advice, and results are never guaranteed: poker involves risk, and you can lose money. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, please get help from a local support service.

8. Content and ownership

All videos, text and materials on MTT Mastery belong to Adam Murray Crawford. Buying a course gives you a personal right to watch it. It doesn’t transfer ownership or any right to share it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MTT Mastery isn’t liable for indirect losses, including poker losses. My total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product the claim is about.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be emailed to customers. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
