Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with what you buy. Here’s exactly when you can get your money back. To ask for a refund, email support@mttmastery.com from the email address you used to buy.
Courses: 7-day money-back guarantee
For the MTT Mastery Course and the Postflop Framework System, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you’ve watched less than 20% of the course:
- MTT Mastery Course: up to 13 of the 67 lessons opened.
- Postflop Framework System: up to 1 of the 7 lessons opened.
That’s enough to see whether the course fits your game. Because it’s a video course you can watch quickly, the 20% limit keeps the guarantee fair for everyone. The site records which lessons each account opens, so this is easy to check.
If you upgraded from the Postflop Framework to the full course, the same rule applies to the upgrade, counted on the full course.
Coaching Bundle
The Coaching Bundle is the course plus 5 coaching hours. The course part follows the course rule above. The coaching part follows the coaching rule below. If you qualify for both, you get a full refund. Otherwise, you get back the part you qualify for.
1-on-1 coaching hours
- Unused hours can be refunded within 60 days of purchase, at the price per hour you paid.
- After 60 days, unused hours can’t be refunded, but they never expire: you can still use them any time.
- Used hours (sessions that have taken place, or hours used for a hand history review) can’t be refunded.
Hand history reviews
You can get a full refund until work on your review has started. Once I’ve started reviewing your hands, it can’t be refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Purchases made by crypto or poker-site transfer are refunded the same way you paid. When a course is refunded, access to it is removed from your account.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live. Where those laws give you more, they apply.
