By purchasing from MTT Mastery, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all digital products, courses, coaching, and hand history review services sold through this website.

Digital Products

MTT Mastery products are digital products and services. No physical goods are shipped. Access is typically provided through your account, dashboard, email, or private links after purchase.

Lifetime Course Access

Purchases of the MTT Mastery course include lifetime access to the course content for as long as the site and platform remain operational.

If MTT Mastery ever ceases operations or the platform is no longer maintained, reasonable efforts will be made to provide customers with continued access to the course content through alternative means, such as private video links or downloadable content delivered by email.

Refund Policy

The MTT Mastery course is covered by a 3-day refund policy from the time of purchase.

Refunds may be declined in cases of excessive content consumption, account sharing, abuse, or attempts to access/copy a substantial portion of the course before requesting a refund.

Coaching Refunds

Coaching hours that have already been used are not refundable.

Unused coaching hours may be eligible for a refund within the applicable refund window or at the discretion of MTT Mastery. If a coaching bundle is partially used, any approved refund will be adjusted based on the value of the hours already used.

Hand History Reviews

Hand history review purchases are refundable only if the review has not yet been started. Once review work has begun or the review video has been delivered, the purchase is no longer refundable.

Account Sharing

Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login details, distributing course content, recording paid material, or reselling access is prohibited.

MTT Mastery reserves the right to revoke access without refund if account sharing, piracy, or abuse is detected.

Coaching Availability

Coaching availability may vary depending on demand, poker series schedules, and personal availability. Coaching hours do not expire, but must be used within reasonable operational timelines while MTT Mastery remains active.

Intellectual Property

All course videos, strategy content, hand reviews, written material, graphics, and related resources are the intellectual property of MTT Mastery. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or sell any part of the content without permission.

Results Disclaimer

Poker results are not guaranteed. MTT Mastery provides strategy education and coaching, but your results depend on many factors including skill level, game selection, volume, discipline, bankroll management, and variance.

Changes to These Terms

MTT Mastery may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site, course, or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
